Fenice sits in the heart of Waiheke Island’s main village, Oneroa, which is the first village you encounter if you happen to be travelling on the Fullers ferry from downtown Auckland. It’s a great spot for people watching while sipping your favourite wine!
At Fenice (meaning Phoenix in Italian and pronounced Feh-knee-chee) we make authentic Italian and Mediterranean fare and serve it beside a roaring open fire. Our menu reflects the seasons and is constantly changing and we proudly make all our fare onsite.
Reservations are welcomed (and if you wish to be assured of a table are recommended) but are not necessary – we will welcome you if you walk on in. It’s a local place where many people know each other.
